1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, activating, or using any Noxara product, tool, or service ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download, purchase, or use the Software.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Software.

2. Products Covered

These terms apply to all Noxara software, including but not limited to:

• Noxara Macro - per-game macro profiles for Fortnite, CS2, Minecraft, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty, and Valorant, including the optional hardware HID input device.
• Noxara Game Mode - the free one-click Windows performance mode.
• Noxara Utility - the Windows tweaking and optimization toolkit.

3. License & Keys

Each license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software you purchased. Keys are bound to your hardware ("HWID") and may not be:

• Shared, resold, rented, or given to any other person;
• Used on multiple machines or hardware configurations beyond the intended license term;
• Transferred without prior written approval from Noxara.

Licenses are sold for a defined term (daily, weekly, or lifetime as shown on the website) or as a one-time purchase (Tweak Utility). Lifetime and one-time licenses last for the lifetime of the product as offered by Noxara and do not guarantee perpetual availability of updates or the service itself.

4. Security Precautions & Acknowledgement

Our Software contains deliberate, aggressive security measures. By using the Software you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Integrity checks. The Software verifies its own code and in-memory state at runtime. If it detects that it has been modified, hooked, or tampered with, it may refuse to run, degrade functionality, or terminate itself immediately without warning.
• Debugger / VM / analysis detection. The Software detects debuggers, reverse-engineering tools, virtual machines and sandboxes. If detected, features may silently fail, timings may be randomized, or the Software may terminate.
• System API modification. The Macro patches certain Windows graphics and debug-related API functions in its own process (including BitBlt, DXGI factory creation, and ntdll debug entry points) to prevent screen capture and debugging. These patches only affect the Software's process and are restored when it exits.
• Capture protection. The Macro uses display affinity and capture-blocking so streaming/recording tools (Discord, OBS, ShadowPlay) cannot capture its window.
• Process policy monitoring. The Macro monitors loaded DLLs inside its own process and may log or restrict unknown modules.
• Administrative privileges. Game Mode and the Tweak Utility require Administrator rights because they change Windows registry values, services, power plans and BCD settings. These changes are made only when you choose to apply them and are rolled back by design (Game Mode) or through per-tweak undo and restore points (Tweak Utility).
• License re-validation. The Software periodically contacts our licensing server to validate your key. If a key is revoked, the Software will drop you to the activation screen or stop functioning.

5. Data We Collect

To license, secure, and enforce the Software, the following data may be collected when you activate or use it, and transmitted over HTTPS to our licensing server:

• Your license key;
• A hardware identifier (HWID) derived from system volume serial, computer name, username, MAC address, and CPU identifiers;
• Your public IP address;
• Basic system information: OS version/build, CPU model, GPU model and VRAM, and total RAM;
• In some cases, an email address associated with the machine's Microsoft account, used to identify abuse and key sharing.

This data is used solely for license enforcement, abuse detection, and security. We do not sell your data. We retain logs for a limited period and prune them automatically. By using the Software you explicitly consent to this collection.

Our licensing platform (SornAuth) stores account and license records in a SQLite database on a server we control. If you have questions about data handled by the SornAuth platform, contact us through the Discord server.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will perform on any given hardware, Windows build, or game update. Games and Windows are updated frequently; features may break or change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

This includes, without limitation:

• Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions on any game or platform;
• Loss or corruption of data, files, or settings;
• Damage to hardware or software, including issues arising from registry or system changes made by Game Mode or the Tweak Utility;
• Any third-party claim arising from your use of the Software.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this section may not apply to you in full.

8. Bans, Anti-Cheat & Third-Party Rules

The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Epic Games, Valve, Mojang, Ubisoft, Activision, Riot Games, Microsoft, or any other game or platform developer.

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, anti-cheat policies, and rules of any game or platform you use the Software with. We do not and cannot guarantee that the Software will not be detected or that your account will not be banned. Using the Software with a game whose rules prohibit automation is done entirely at your own risk.

9. Refunds

Because all products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

If a product is genuinely broken and we cannot resolve it, we may offer, at our discretion: a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund. Requests must be made through our Discord support tickets.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, patch, or attempt to defeat any security measure in the Software;
• Share, resell, rent, or redistribute licenses, keys, or accounts;
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software or any part of it;
• Use the Software to violate the rules of any game or service, knowing that it may result in consequences;
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law;
• Attempt to access our licensing server, dashboard, or infrastructure without authorization.

Violation of this section results in immediate revocation of your license without refund and may result in a permanent ban from our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any product, key, or service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Licenses are revoked automatically by the licensing server if a key is found to be shared, abused, or associated with prohibited conduct.

You may stop using the Software at any time and uninstall it. Sections 5-10 of these Terms survive any termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at this page, and continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noxara operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
