Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you use our website and products we collect the minimum needed to operate:

• Discord identity - your Discord user ID and username when you authorize through our Customers portal.
• License data - the key(s) redeemed to your account, their product, status and expiry.
• Hardware identifier - a hashed hardware ID generated by the loader, used solely to enforce one-key-one-device.
• Network data - IP address and user agent, stored with sessions for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment reference - payments are processed by our payment provider; we receive an order reference and metadata, never your card details.

2. What We Do With It

• Authenticate you on the Customers portal and keep your licenses attached to your account.
• Enforce license terms (device binding, pauses, bans) and detect fraud or key sharing.
• Provide support when you contact us on Discord.

3. What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never store payment card data - that stays with the payment provider.
• We never read anything unrelated to licensing from your PC. The loader only reports its own license state.

4. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (application hosting, Cloudflare, payment processing). Each processes data under their own policies strictly to deliver the service.

5. Retention

License and verification records are kept while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for fraud prevention and support history. You can request deletion of data tied to your account via Discord.

6. Your Choices

• You can unlink or reset your device at any time from the Customers portal.
• You can request export or deletion of your data by opening a ticket in our Discord.
