Refund Policy

Fair rules for digital goods - instant delivery means some limits, but we always make genuine issues right.

1. Digital Goods

All Noxara products are digital licenses delivered instantly. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the license key is delivered and consumable immediately.

2. No Refunds After Redemption

Once a license key has been redeemed (linked to a Discord account or activated on a device) the purchase is final and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

We will make things right when it is genuinely our fault:

Key that does not work - if a freshly purchased key fails to activate and support cannot fix it, you get a working replacement or a refund, your choice.
Duplicate purchase - accidental double-buy of the same product? We refund the duplicate.
Product permanently discontinued within an active license period - pro-rata refund.

4. What Is Not Covered

Bans issued for violating our Terms (key sharing, resale, abuse).
Hardware changes beyond your included HWID resets.
Changing your mind after redeeming.
Claims made more than 7 days after purchase.

5. How To Request

Open a ticket in our Discord server with your order reference. Refund requests are handled within 72 hours.
